We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.
We recommend using the original packaging to return your product to us. Once the item is received we will process return/exchange. We do not issue return postage or labels; it is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted products or damaged products.
